big list for bookmarking demon, I test this personally only few sites gives error 90% are working

Sites like these need regular updating and a valid up to date PR mentioned in the column next to the URL. I had a huge list of verified submitting sites myself but now 6 months later nearly half of the domians have expired or the links that I had pasted have been removed. The list of bookmarking sites is a good addition and I have downloaded it but what will be the real affect on the links coming from such sites after Panda? And how quickly should I build links so that I escape the suspicious eyes of Panda?

thanks for this info can you explain what panda can do for these weak links , how my competitors can put me down with these low links? what if i have good links and bad links, ? well this mean that i dont get too many links for specific keyword .?
