Has Anyone Used "Business Ad Buyers" as an Ad Serving Company?

Our website has been approached by a company called Business Ad Buyers to participate in their ad network. I know that a lot of these things are scams, so I'm wondering if anyone has heard of them or used them before. Any information about their company or experiences that anyone has had would be very helpful!! Thanks!

I think its a scam. I was just approached too and did a search on WOT aka Web of Trust and they listed as dangerous site to go to as did Trend Micro that blocked it from me with a warning

I can post an update on this. I was about to post last night that it "maybe" a scam as I entered into an agreement with them for a link on one of my sites for 1 year for $50. They promised payment within 2 days via Pay Pal. 6 days later and no payment. But this morning to my surprise I just recieved payment for $50 via Pay Pal

HOWEVER http://www.virustotal.com/ brings up these results for http://www.businessadbuyers.com/

    Avira - Clean site
    BitDefender - Error
    Dr.Web - Clean site
    G-Data - Clean site
    Malc0de Database - Clean site
    MalwareDomainList - Clean site
    Opera - Clean site
    ParetoLogic - Clean site
    Phishtank - Clean site
    TrendMicro - Malware site
    Websense ThreatSeeker - Unrated site
    Wepawet - Unrated site

McAfee and AVG also show the site as fine for me. There is also a complaint / report on another site that they spam. Interestingly during my negotiations with them I was never directed to their actual website, I got that from the email address. They make you fill out a form with "Contract Pal" http://www.contractpal.com/ I was cautious of that as I thought that Business Ad Buyers may have been after personal info but in the end it all worked out fine

Yes, have used them recently. Bounced several emails, agreed upon a link and price, posted their link. After several days, link had been indexed by Yahoo and Google and no payment had been received. Emailed them, only to find they had managed to misplace an email, and find an entirely bogus excuse why their "client" was no longer interested. In my eyes, Business Ad Buyers aka Ad Buyers Group is a scam. They wait for your link to be up long enough for Google/Yahoo to have indexed and counted it (5-7 days, less for very popular sites), and they essentially get between 1-2 months free link value from it until Google/Yahoo crawl several times to find out it has indeed been permanently removed. IMO, avoid doing business or if you must, require payment for each ad cycle up front before any ads are placed.

Total time wasters. They offered ridiculously low compensation for one of my PR5 sites. Wasted lots of my time.
    Bunch of scam artists.

They are a CHEATERS, they advertised on my health site one year back, and all of sudden stopped to send me money from the month of JULY 12. See the insensitivity, they didn't even inform me to remove their link, they simply stopped sending payment with a HIGHLY INSENSITIVE REPLY....I really feel cheated..

A week before, I sent them Payment Request and I got a reply from them that they will not pay for last 2 months, I replied to their mail but till now I didn't get any reply from them. I have sent them almost 3-4 mails but till date no reply...

When I sent Payment Request for PP, this was their reply,
