    A friend of mine got banned recently, and he decided to buy an Adsense account, and that one also got banned even on a different blog.

    I'm somewhat confused by your statement. He actually "bought" an adsense account? He couldn't have just created another one under a pseudonym? It seems there a plenty of loopholes he could have taken advantage of if his sole intent was just to have an adsense account. Could you elaborate a little more?

    Because he was banned previously... some people never learn... you are better off using a family members name, GF, BF etc. If you're using a fake account you're going to have a bad time getting the cash anyway.

    Its hard now a days to survive in Adsense. But its not impossible. Just open another from another IP and total different address. then I think he will be able to survive.

    have you even tried to get a reveiw. usualy they will allow you to fix the problem and try again. Of course you will loose the funds from the previous balance but you would have a legit acc.
