    The best affiliate program depends on your niche. There are hundreds (or thousands) of affiliate programs. The best one depends on what you're trying to promote and what the subject of your website is...

    Give us a subject, and maybe we can recommend a program...

    I agree with bigznet - in my opinion there is not the best affiliate program. Every person is different and everything may work differently for more people. I would advise you to find something that you are good at.

    IF you already have an AdSense account, and
    IF you are new to affiliate programs, I recommend you start by trying the Google Affiliate Network (GAN). They have a wide range of vendors; hopefully, you can find a program there that fits nicely into the theme of your website.

    One nice aspect of GAN is that it conveniently uses information you already supplied for your AdSense account. You don't have to enter banking information AGAIN for yet another program.

    And any GAN earnings are added to your AdSense earnings, so the $100 trigger for Google to issue a check to you is reached sooner; you don't have to wait longer for your AdSense account to reach the $100 trigger AND a separate affiliate program to reach their trigger for issuing a check too.
