Buying Need a WordPress Developer with PHP and CSS Knowledge

    I need someone to convert a psd file into a wordpress theme. But I also want the theme to have the following features:

    - 4 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese

    - 1 Video

    - Picture gallery

    - Blog: show current article, show archives, allow comments after moderation

    - RSS Feed

    - Store and download of papers and other documents – this is a section protected by a Call to Action (form to allow people to download only after entering email and first name / last name - maybe other fields as needed)

    - Gathering of the sign-ups in a list

    - Visitors count

    - social media share icons
