    Please define "full-time", as it applies to your post.

    Assuming you're hiring a US writer at minimum wage for an 8 hour a day, 5 day a week job - that's $1280 per month.

    Are you offering any payment up front or do you expect someone to do 160 hours of work before they get paid anything?
