    Is it possible for you to sort out a problem with my verification? I sent $975 by wire back on August 6th but since then nothing has appeared in my account and the status of the transfer now says "Transaction Cancelled". I am still not verified and the funds don't appear in my account. I filed a support query on 14th August with ticket ID OGH-635-91818 but so far have not had a reply. Can you help?

    Hi guys,

    It appears someone hacked my account over the weekend and withdrew all available funds after cancelling two pending check withdrawals. As of today I have filed multiple tickets and a dispute to get $507 back that was literally stolen from me. I have gotten no response on any ticket, and my dispute even says its ESCALATED, which is obviously not the case as I would have probably heard from someone if it was. Transaction with reference 029EF-4AAE7-EE7C9 completely fraudulent. Ticket 1 reference WKQ-563-25044, todays ticket CZV-140-38608. Someone needs to do something as you have now let a thief steal money and you have known since Saturday almost immediately after they got into my account. Please look into this.

    Mr. Tarik for International Members like from India its very very costly to call you on phone and talk to your customer support. Also Your support staff on email is dam slow in reply almost like ignorant about our problems. Also We are here because of the problems we are facing while using your services and we are not giving any personal information just putting our problems. If your support staff quickly reply mails and take the problems seriously and solve them quickly no one wants to come on forums and give bad publicity to the company telling about the problems regarding the bad services we are receiving these days from Payza.
    Its like running from our problems if just give general information on forums. and it will even more decrease goodwill of the company in eyes of your customers.
