    Does anybody know what are the most important factors to rank well in google images? In my opinion, if an image has alt tag and text around it, it will rank well. Also the more links to is, the better. What do you think?

    Also I found that all blogspot websites rank very well in google images, for example I created one in wordpress dot com and blogspot, the difference was huge, and the blogspot's traffic was much more. What is you opinion?

    Set the alt attribute of the pictures with keywords, i think it is one of the effective ways to optimize your pictures.

    Simple way . when ever you put any image on your website so make that image name same as product name and also use ALT tag & put your targeted or desired ranking keywords. if you optimized properly then if person search same name or keyword on Google image then your image will come on first rank :)
