Well as the title says: I am selling my Highest earning site.

Well I think you haven't understood what I said. Well do you think that I will share the url of the site with every interested people (those who have just joined, have lots of negative feedback, don't have enough money, or who is just here to waste time!!)
another thing, revealing the url publicly may cause click-bombing attack on my adsense account or people may just take my ideas and tomorrow launch a new site at he same topic to take part on my traffic?

Well, I Can give interested people (serious buyers only) GA access and will also share my screen in Skype or in Team viewer to prove that the AdSense screenshots are not fake.

Well: everyone whoever will say this will not get access to GA. Only Trusted DP users (like you, member since 2006,150+ iTrader) will get that access without question.
Now you might ask how do you determine who is trusted and who is not, in that case I will study their past transactions to determine whether the user has capability to pay that amount or not.
