    Hello All

In the programming world we have ALL heard or been affected by bad programmers that take too long to get the work done or produce sloppy/buggy code or just leave the project all together after only completing half the work. Then where are you? You are stuck with the work half done & another programmer has to come in to sift through the sloppy/buggy code, which ends up taking your new programmer longer. These are never ending battles. These are the same things that happened to me for about 4-5 years with countless programmers. I wasted a TON of money & time only to have to start my project from scratch with the programmer I have now. I have now been with him for 3 years & the work he has done on my project has been nothing short of remarkable. I no longer have to worry about my project or my programmer or more importantly getting the work done.

The reason I am giving him up is that I no longer have FT work for him ( Only 20 hours per week ) so I would like to help him find work for the other 20 sense he has helped me so much.

He can pretty much do anything when it comes to programming & if he can't he will research it & come to you with a solution. Not only is he a good/great programmer but he comes up with ideas that help your business succeed.

The one thing I want to be clear on here is the 1st (2 years) I worked with him I hired him on through a company ( He worked FT ) and the last year he has come to work with me FT as I have hired him away. I would be happy to show you my site but he/I cannot give you any other sites he has worked on as he signed a contract with the company he used to work for.

Also note I am NOT a programmer company or do I ever care to become one, I am trying to help my friend get some work & also help another webmaster get a great programmer that will help make there company succeed.

    Hello 3rok3n

He will work 20 hours a week for $1300.00/per month. I pay him $2600.00 per month. Not sure what that works out to hourly. Looks like about $16.50 hourly...he is worth every penny of that.
