    if do follow link will good to increasing your SERP. but you need No Follow link too in Link Building.
    so both of them Useful for link building and SEO

    I think submitting different article on different directories is good. Spin the article and submit at various palaces.

    They are both userful. If dofollow, you can have both link and traffic. If no follow, you can still have traffic. There's no negative impact of article directories.

    Articles directories with do follow links is very good because Search Engine Crawls do follow link and do follow link is very useful for traffic also.

    Article marketing is effective for website ranking but according to my experience nofollow and dofollow both are effective links but only High Page rank directories have the ability to increase your ranking in Google.

    Its very good. If you have no follow then it only don't optimize by Google but other optimize it. But If have do follow then it also optimize by Google. So its great for optimizing your website. But if you want to secure it then You should you No follow as most of user use Google as a search engine.

    Dofollow backlink is good for your site :)
    But, mix between Dofollow and Nofollow is also good because it will looks more natural
    Beside for backlink I think Article Directories can drive pretty much traffic to your site.

    Article directories are pretty much worthless after the recent panda and penguin updates. I think it is better to concentrate on writing communities such as hubpages, blogsynergy and squido where publishing content has (on the safe side) other benefits besides SEO
