    first you should go to google.Enter "powered by wordpress" anykeyword.As you give keyword like php codes,you will get blog related to the php.And see the lower part of the blog there is the option of blog commenting. fill all field name,mail,website and comment. Your comment should be different from other comment as well as unique.If your comment is unique and very useful to other u can get backlink from them.thanks

    Basically used to do this a couple years ago, I don't see any reason why it would not work now. I used to do if I was looking for dog treat blog I searched ("powered by wordpress" dog treats).

    google is the easiest way to find blogs, just google "niche" blog. and you will get thousands of blogs to comment on.

    Its very simple search on Google with related keywords and you will find many good blogs.
