Buying Need Some Quick Wordpress Changes

    I'm in need of the following couple of Wordpress tweaks for a website:

    Sort categories (which currently show all posts rather than just those specific to the selected category)
    'What's On Our Blog' bullet point removed in sidebar
    Spacing issues on 2 or 3 internal pages.
    Remove default header, just use the 'featured image' picture

    Looking for some assistance as quickly as possible to get this resolved - let me know your rate and how long you reckon it would take you to complete these tasks (PM preferred).
