Looks like an interesting service, like a toplist... makes me remember "Top50.to", an "ancient site" that I used to push my rankings higher, about 10 years ago. So, you're saying these are genuine "likes"?
Read the "How It Works" page, it says that LikeUb is based on reciprocation. So to get Likes you should visit LikeUb as often as possible and become a fan of the pages that interest you. I think it will be safe to use.
I never see such way of facebook like exchange before , at 1st i join , i thought it like social bookmarking and until the end i just knew that it is a way to exchange FB likes and this FB likes is better because we able to see what their FB profile is all about . This cool.

I think this is good but its have only fake likes and after the increasing likes facebook will send you weekly mails with your page detail if you are not active on daily then it will start to decrease the likes.
