Alexa rank dropping, what is the best remedy?

My Alexa rank is being dropped consistently, even though I write unique and wonderful articles almost everyday.
Can any one here, who can really help me to increase Alexa rank for my blog?

I think you need to be perseverent on this. Don't quit no matter what. If things start to bounce more, you can focus more on paid adds, paid links !

 

I can understand that you are worried about the traffic stats shown by Alexa. I want to assure you that Alexa ranking and traffic stats have lost its authenticity to the SEOs all over world. If you know how Alexa collects data about your site, you will know the reason behind this. Alexa collects the traffic data about your site from the Alexa toolbar installed in the machine of the visitor. So even if a visitor visits your site but he does not have Alexa toolbar installed in his PC, he won't be registered as a visitor to your site to Alexa. So in a particular day, if 100 people visits your site but they don't have Alexa toolbar, Alexa will still show "zero" visitors on that day. If you really want to track the visitor behavior on your site (which you should do), I will suggest you to install Google Analytiics or check your server log. They will provide you the most authentic data.

 

You should NOT care about alexa ranking that much. What you should look into is your keyword rankings and conversion.

 

Alexa rank increase when your website traffic increase.. Just see if the traffic is going down. Try to get more traffic to get Good Alexa Rank.

I personally suggest you not to focus more on Alexa Rank. It is of hardly use now a days.

 

Check with keyword ranking positions. If the keyword is dropped, do some link building activities. It will improve the alexa rank.

But I actually taking alexa ranks into consideration, for some sites where alexa ranks is a factor (for paid posts or links etc.)
For visitor I use G analytics.

 

But some important sites still judge with Alexa ranks alongwith PR.

 

Yeah and for that you can focus more on Traffic to your website... as mention in my previous suggestion.

 

You will have to improve your traffic, so I recommend you to:
-do better SEO work, put more accent on creating good content, so that more people visit your website; so check your SERPs
-buy traffic: Facebook ads, AdWords could help... but if you're running AdSense, then it's better not to buy traffic, as they explicitly are against that (it might look like you're "clickfrauding")
-use e-mail marketing to stimulate people to return to your site
-use social media bookmarking tools, which also helps spread the news - it has a multiplicator effect: more people will come to your site, after a single person spreads the news (e.g.: gives you a "like", "shares" your URL)

...all of these things and more will help lower your Alexa rank

 

If you concern on alexa ranking then you should find out ways to increase traffic so your alexa ranking will increase .
Article submit more on help in SEO and increase in SERP and maybe PR and not Alexa Ranking.

 

Adding alexa widgets on your site will help you to improve your site alexa ranking.

 

Actually, if you want to get a better alexa rank, you could use alexa rank service. Then you could get any rank you want.
