Buying contextual links from authority, related sites and blogs will help for better search engine placement. As always, variety is the spice of life, so concentrate not only only a single domain.

There is nothing wrong with buying backlinks from a service. A backlinking service
will be doing the same thing you will be doing manually except you will be able to
get more links in a shorter time period from the service. Well that is my experience.
As long as the service you choose do not blast thousands of links to your link
    you will be fine.
When you do choose a service ask them if they are using different ip addresses for the links
this is important for link diversity.
As far as .edu links it is a great idea to have a few of those as well. Take your time with building
links if you decide to do them yourself.

No, because they will probably be low quality links and they won't be related to your website content.

You've got to check the quality of the backlinks. How many inbound links? How many outbound on that page with your backlink alone? How many total outbound links for the site that is backlinking to yours? Obviously most backlink retailers will not provide this information in advance, you would have to order the links and then test them using a backlink/outbound link checker, there are some tools that allow you to see other things as well like PR. These things will help you identify bad back links with over saturated websites. If they sell to many links from one page or one domain, the search engines will quickly devalue those links to your site.

i would recommend natural backlinking, as with the new updates it practically whacked alot of sites that just bought links from unrelated high pr sites,
i mean imagine buying links for 1 year and getting no link juice back~!!!

Diversity of link structure, Good quality content and social media presence!
These are the 3 keys to be successful in SEO these days. Don't go for mass spammy site links, instead search out high authority places such as .edu, .gov and other high authority sites to place your anchor text. Good luck

Buying backlinks can be very good tactic to rank your site, but you have to be selective and to pick the right provider which will deliver quality links from different sources. Regarding the site you are referring to, I'm not sure you'll get that kind of service. Their price simply tells that they do not own the blogs, and they are probably submitting to some public network which may be a success in the short term. But Google has shown teeth to those networks recently and have deindexed the blogs on those networks. The good long term results you would get from someone who submits to private network... and do not forget to get links from diffrent sources (blogs, forums, bookmarks, web 2.0, etc).

It's great: buying links can help, just don't overdo it or the Penguin will bite you!

Try to obtain context-embedded editorial links on real article pages, sites that are really visited by people not platforms for ads that are offering links for sale.

It's important to have links that are actually used, clicked on, pages that are actually viewed and read by people.

And avoid exact match anchor texts.

The best way is to collect your links one by one, not just "buy bulk" from some agency...

All those who are endorsing Paid linking, may be trying to see paid link services, which no one should opt, especially when Google has clearly mention that websites who will be doing paid linking will be under their scanner and will be out of SERP. So be aware before you opt for any paid linking...it saves your money as well as chance of getting banned

If you think to buying backlinks then you are going to wrong way of promoting a website. Cause of Link buying you could be penalized according to google's penguin updates. Because now a days google's makes same play ground for everyone to promote a website. If you think about get top position in search engine using buying links then you are going to wrongs way. So please be natural and use ethical ways to promoting a website.

    Hi,

You can buy links but you need to follow some parameters like:
    • Links with specified Keywords in the Anchor Text
    • Sufficient randomization in the anchor text and associated link description text so as to not have a set pattern of linking.
    • Links from sites that have more than PR 4+ specified links page.
    • Link to your site should not be through a redirect script.
    • No JavaScript links.
    • No framed sites.
    • Links from Pre-indexed Pages only.
    • No SPAM should be used to solicit links.
    • No links from Link Farms.
    • No FFA networks.
    • Don't get links from Blogs and that have the Link attribute.
    • No links from PORN, racially prejudiced sites and other sites containing offensive content.
    • All links should be from hosting, domain or other theme related websites.
    • All links should be on different C class IP address websites.
    • All Links should be placed on Google cache and indexed pages only.
    • Link page should not have more than 15 outbound links.
    • Link should be placed for at least one year or permanently.
