Hello, Can you tell me the best way to get a ton of backlinks that will count with Google? I use a couple programs but it seems like not enough links to get me on the front page of Google. Thank you, Kimberly
Some of them are 4/5 PR...a lot of them are 1/2/3. Does that matter the most with Google as far as the PR of the website and the back link or is it more quantity?

If you're only using programs like scrapebox to get links of course you're not going to be at the top of the SERP's. Too many people have these programs and just spam thousands of links a day, so they're devalued. Build a couple high quality web 2.0 sites, network with other people in your niche, blog comment on sites that have some protection against scrapebox. You can even use macros to semi-automate the process of building high quality links.
You can try ping and automatic tools to social bookamrkings your blog/site. But don't over use it because it will seem suspicious to Google.
