I can accept it in any language like java, .net or ruby

Basically it will work like this

User Opens the App
It displays a login screen and user logins
It validates the data using MySQL or better website's php (POST) based login system
On validation it will execute a command prompt command to mount a networkdrive (its a single line command)
After that it will minimize directly to the taskbar/system tray and keep running in background

I need two main features in this.
The app needs to be able to launch Advertisements/HTML code which it will read from site.com/code.txt file and launch it each 3-6 hours once in form of a popup message/window or notification (preferabbly at bottom right just below the taskbar)
A Application Exit code which will execute the unmount the network drive if the user exits the apps or endtask/kills it


I will provide you both commands aswell, as you can see main thing is showing the html code or ads



If its possible, please PM me what all you can do extra in it, turnaround time, language you will prefer and estimate cost.

Based on that, we have another demand to of having a C# CUI based code converted into a cool professional GUI. and Another requirement for a iOS application.
If possible, we would like to hire a single person/team dedicatedly for all our needs and projects in future aswell.



Also, if you dont mind, please try and see if you can actually send me a demo application to show the working of the html/ads code. You can do it in a plain GUI without anything else but just to show the ads thing works.
