    I people posting 6 hours and etc... I sometimes black out for 11... Although usualy about 9. Wish 7 would be enough for me, could do so much more

    I usually sleep for 7-8 hours a day and I think it is the most preferable time for the adults to sleep.

    Normals days would be 6-7 hours of sleep. But when there's an important event, minimum of sleep is 2 hours.
