    Hey Guys,
    I am about to launch a Payment Gateway Service for Indian Call Centers. I want to know the legalities involved. Also, I am using a gateway service from a reputed company and adding more percentage over what they will deduct. So for 1000 USD if my gateway provider charges 7 Percent ...in my Payment Gateway System it will be 15 Percent. How ti make sure that I will be safe in terms of IT (Income Tax) and other issues. Please help me out as I do not know formalities that well.

    It depends, if you are running an outbound centre, IT issues are going to be strict for you as compare to Inbound.
