    The answer of your question if possible, well it depends on the keyword your targeting and what SEO technique you're implementing. There are keywords that you can rank over night and there are keywords that you can't rank in 6 months.

    There are so many factors you need to consider.

    1. Does your site properly optimized?
    2. Does your site / page is very new?
    3. Does the keyword competitive
    4. What off line strategies you're implementing.

    You need to consider all the above factor

    well SEO is a long process, you have to be patient on your goals. getting PR in a week yes it can like what trainingpromo says, and I believe on that. but after a week will be zero again.

    it the keyword tat u r targettin has a lot of competition then its very difficult in 2 weeks time. if u got a month then u can get it.
