    That pull-down menu is really disturbing by automatic appearance and it's placement on the screen. In general, site looks like untouched since 10 years - old web antique.

    layout is quite nice, what I don't like is that there is too much text in the first paage, imho. I might be wrong anyway :)

    you need to have a more dynamic look(flash,css menu) or smth like that.
    and it is has more than 768px.

    check this out.

    The layout is good, I think the colours a bit "dull" though. Try making them a bit more vibrant and it's pretty much perfect
