    I am trying to sell off a couple of websites that I have lying around on my servers.

    This website is great for anyone looking to get started in the fitness, weight loss or muscle building niches that have great earnings potential.

    I have done very little work on this site but it currently gets around 600 visitors a month and already earns money through Adsense.

    You can also add affiliate links to the site to boost the income further. Looking in the Adsense it looks as though the avg CPC is around £0.25 ($0.40)

    The site is built on WordPress and is very easy to manage.

    The winner will get the domain pushed over from GoDaddy and all the websites files.
