I have seen that some peoples who are outside from US, hire the US peoples to outsource the work from US.

Even I need someone from US who can do offline marketing for me. Can anyone show me a way how I can get the people from US to work for me other than craiglist.

There's a lot of other sites you can go to: oDesk, eLance, freelancer.com, iWriter. These are international sites meaning they have a pool of professionals coming from different countries. You just need to specify in your ad that you want someone physically located in the US.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

I've been able to find better people via oDesk and their fee schedule is much more reasonable.

I would recommend oDesk & Freelancer.

A few are fake, I must agree. But generally the site is good.

If you've ever heard about the concept of outsourcing, this is probably what you are talking about.

This trend has become rampant nowadays. Employment has become more global and people are working in virtual offices around the world. This gave rise to employment sites like Staff.com and oDesk. You can hire people from anywhere around the world as long as they fit your needs and be able to do the task well.

You may have to do close monitoring like tracking their time and work hours. But, once you get the hang of it, outsourcing could not only help your business processes it could make you save a lot on costs.
