openx vs adsense

Which is better to increase your seo and make money, to use openx or directly from adsense?

 

I would suggest Adsense if you plan to follow the TOS.

 

I second this. Adsense pays better. You can make more money.

 

I third to that, Adsense not only pays better but offers more features (like adsense for domains, search and so on...).

All of you are posting adsense is better here and there without understanding and knowing what is openex... To the OP, you cannot compare apples to orages.. Openex is not a publisher network while adsense is.. openex is an ad server or ad script where you can show many ads including adbrite, adsense, and the like...

Please research first before posting...

Do You mean look for your own ads on your site and implement openx for ad management? I think use adsense and when the site is growth We can use openx

 

it seems more difficult to use openx but adsense you can just use it easily.

 

IMO you can compare adsense and openx... anyway, just wanted to say that i'm so frustrated with openx now!..

openx markit its publisher network and i am using 1 year ago never got any problem with payment i get around 0.80 ecpm on openx ..

openx is good high traffic sites.. for me openx is best.. adsence always problem with their rules they ban acount without any resion...

I use adsense without passing through OpenX right now. In the past, if there is a client interested in exclusive advertising then I will use openx to manage the ads and create the reports during the campaign.

For those who never tried openx, it is a good tool and everyone should give a try if you are serious about advertising.

My favorite feature is serving ads to specific countries and the option to serve images instead of javascript (faster loading time and avoid noscript blockers).


Since I don't have any client right now, I just run adsense by itself. OpenX also has a marketplace that you can use, I never tried it nor can write about its performance being better or worse than google. To be honest, I have seen adsense pay less and less each year for my traffic and would welcome a change but haven't yet found any better publisher networks, the rest just seems to try pushing toolbar install and annoying smiley ads on my site.
