Is google system wrong?

    i use bank account and build two ads, after about 15 minutes, i received an google adwords email:
    Dear AdWords Advertiser,
    Your ads are now running.
    Thank you for advertising with Google AdWords.
    Sincerely,The Google AdWords Team
    however, my ads still shows "Your account is currently under review. We periodically review accounts for security purposes and to verify billing information, which takes about 2-3 business days. Your ads won't show during this time period, but they'll automatically be eligible to show again as soon as the review is complete."
    is google system wrong?
    how to settle this?

    If you're not breaking any guidelines from the Google Adwords TOS, then you have nothing to worry about.

    It is an automated response, all new accounts are under review for 2-3 days- be patient and everything will be fine.
