Does article marketing still work after the update a couple of years ago

Once that update occurred I stopped article marketing but don't know if I should do this

Yes it still works, but it is alot less powerfull than it used to be.
I still use it in my backlink campaign, variety is the key.

 

It still works but I think only ezinearticles.com is a website worth your time and they can be very strict when it comes to approving your articles.

It still works but definitely not the way it used to. Articles with unique/quality content and that too only on few quality article submission websites like ezinearticles.

Yeah it is still working.But after panda updates we should focus on quality content.No more spamming or duplicate content or short articles.Submission of niche article directories and separate content for each. Not the same copy submitted to hundred sites.
