    Ask paypal.

Show your deal proof to Paypal. Ask your domain provider, i think there is option to rollback domain transfer.

i have lost the case even though i have given evidence that he has received the website. reason some could have hacked his paypal account and make unauthorized transfer.

Seems he used other's PayPal account, otherwise there was no scope of your losing as personal payment doesn't cover dispute until it is un-authorized.
