    To get higher keyword ranking we need to do onpage first and then off-page activities like blog sharing, article sharing and social media because after the penguine update these activities are important to get high rank.

    Depends how much effort you will put to make your site rank. Usually it will take 3-6 months to rank for a low competition keyword. Have you tried checking your keyword in Google keyword tool?

    As you are competing in a country basis for a keyword so normally it will take some. 2nd thing is that what is the keyword competition in the market for that keyword. according to this you can assume for your ranking. according to me it will take upto 45 days.
