    Better to use keyword with single word otherwise you have to link with all possible combination in word..with position tricking..you need to prepare larger keyword database regularly.

    There are many ways to do SEO process. Social Bookmarking is one of them . It has good significance in submitting for SEO. I have done SEO for a website and come in 1st position only by Bookmarking and Directory submission.

    Generally I use long tail keywords but I am not sure that is considered by the social bookmarks. I think what counts is the title of the submission.
