Do "public Service" ads pay?

    To avoid PSA ( public Service Ads ) , use an alternative URL, like a banner for your Site, or a html page with your other adverts ads.
    or a blank.gif. this works great for me no PSA ;)

    Or you can just choose an alternate color in Ad Settings.
