There is more morally corrupt in developing something which can be duplicated freely and selling each and every duplicate than there is of sharing a duplicate with a few people. Anyone smart who appreciates the product will gladly pay for it IF they can. Some people aren't rich, or have money but they shouldn't be rejected the ability to use software just because of that.

If they can afford it, and they like it, then I am sure they will pay the developers for it.

There needs to be more charity in the world, more understanding and less selfish greed, less pushy laws and "imma sue you" childish attitudes.

2. question2answer.org - I think is free - I do not know what and how many features it has, but you may try it

OSQA is a Ruby on Rails project and you will have a very tough time making it run..
