    I would recommend you to get a semi-dedicated server if you can't afford a dedicated server which are atleast above $100. It's like a VPS but has truly dedicated resources from a web server. So whatever the space you will get, will be completely yours.
    It's really not a good idea to go for shared/reseller webhosting.
