Verifying paypal from a country and using it to a different country?

First situation:

I am from Bangladesh and paypal is not available in country. My brother lives in UK. So now I was thinking opening a paypal account from my country using all the details of my brother including his home address, name, mobile number etc. I will also use my brother's credit card.

So the first question is: This will be a verified account right?

Second Situation

After that I will ask my brother to send that credit card to me and as his one is an international card i will be able to withdraw money from ATM booths of my countries. So when I receive money in paypal I can withdraw to the credit. And if any problem occurs paypal may ask my brother to verify his home address or may call him and he can verify him

So the Second question: Is there any problem if I use a verified paypal this way and use the credit of another person to withdraw money?

 

I think there wont be any difficulty as you have all the support form your brother. and I think the name should be you brothers, too.

Your account name need not match the name on the credit card as well.

 

Isnt it paypal checking IP address? I have an aunt before which got her paypal limited before because she do such thing...I wonder if its already ok now coz before their is some problem with it ?

 

I am on a dynamic IP address, hence it doesnt cause any problems to me.

 

If you are both listed on the account with him as first person and you second ... this would make things simple.

A verified account means that a bank account is used ... not just a credit card.

Either would work ... Best way is if you brother will put on the credit card as the second person and send you a card ... then you can withdraw from a ATM machine or deposit as well.

For it to work, you need to get a VPN account that will give you the ip of the country your brother is in. While you use that, there will be no problems.

 

Can anyone please make sure whether I must use a UK VPN for the purpose I mentioned above or I can just log in from my current ip which is Bangladeshi.

You don't have a problem, you go right on man. Even though they track IP addresses and if the have a problem with you they will send you a mail and you can tell them traveling is a hobby.

 

I also got the same feelings about login IP. or else everything is fine.

 

IP is not big issue , if you use same ip always ... then it not matters usually , Altough positive thing is you got the documents ready , so good luck
