Well you are doing too much for making online reputation for your website. In my opinion you can do video promotion, doing forum posting as much as possible, Making your social network, doing blog comments to dofollow blogs etc.. will definitely help you out in making reputation online.

    Hi All,

I agree, Online businesses have had their reputation destroyed by unscrupulous competitors and disgruntled customers by posting false accusations and negative comments throughout the social community.Negative feedback occurs in the off-line world, it tends to be harder to erase once it had been released through the social platforms. And once the search engines pick it up.Well, let's just say you really don't want your website appearing in the top 10 for negative publicity.

hi... Here is the answer for ur question...
In may point of view The reputation management definition can be separated into three different categories. Obviously, it is managing the reputation of a company, but it can be for a company of any size, whether it is a larger company who wants to self-promote, or a just-established company which wants to get its name out there. With the help of Brick Marketing, you can use any of these types of reputation management:

    • Building – This type has to do with building the reputation for a business that is just getting started. It includes building a good reputation to maintaining it for your business.
    • Maintenance – It meant to just keep a company’s good image superior in the public eye is called maintenance. This is meant for companies that are already established, and have a good reputation already.
    • Recovery – If your business has gotten a bad reputation for any reason, then the recovery portion of it is for you. Brick Marketing works to hide the bad reputation with good marketing and self-promotion.

Online reputation is very important for a website. By negative comments your reputation may be decreased. So you need to remove all your bad reputation to increase the reputation of your website. Reputation management monitors the site regularly so that they come to know about the growth of the reputation of a company's website.

Reputation management is the practice of understanding or influencing an individual or business brand. It was originally coined as a public relations term, but advancement in computing, the internet and social media made it primarily an issue of search results.

Find Some of the tactics used by reputation management firms :

    1) Submitting online press releases to authoritative websites in order to promote brand presence and suppress negative content.
    2) Submitting legal take-down requests if someone believes they have been libeled.
    3) Getting mentions of the business or individual in third-party sites that rank highly in Google.
    4) Creating fake blogs pretending to be a different person that shares the same name in order to push down negative search results on the actual person or brand.
    5) Using spam bots and denial-of-service attacks to force sites with damaging content off the Web entirely.

Reputation management is the practice of understanding or influencing an individual or business brand. It was originally coined as a public relations term, but advancement in computing, the internet and social media made it primarily an issue of search results. Although it is often associated with ethical grey areas such as astroturfing review sites, trying to censor negative complaints or using gamey SEO tactics to influence results, there are also ethical forms of reputation management, such as responding to customer complaints, asking sites to take down incorrect information and using online feedback to influence product development and other insights.

You should work on some good social bookmarking sites, video marketing site, article sites and forum sites etc. Promote your links/pages in quality sites. You can also post some blog comments for that particular keyword.

If you've tried to turn the negative into a positive and had no luck and cannot remove the negative SEO then you simply need to bury the content. You need positive results showing up in the results before the bad stuff, a bit of SEO can usually achieve that. Work on getting the companies social media accounts, website, blog and other web properties in the top results on google for whatever search term the bad results are coming up for. If it's a review site where the bad results are then get fake, good, reviews written. Create profiles at all major social media, web 20s, profile pages etc with the business name in the title. Interlink it all and drive traffic to it to push it up in the SERPs.

Theres a lot of great advice here previously mentioned. I`m not going to go over all that, but my advice is to actually look into hiring someone who can respond to your negative comments, and address the issue by providing quality service. I would personally look into online management companies who offer the service and go from there if this is a high volume of complaints.

An online reputation, as it has come to be called, is how a person or enterprise is recognized from the internet. While this is generally supervised by google search engine results, there are a wide range of locations that the outcomes will pull from.

you should focus on finding the cause of negative review and then help the reviewer and provide the better solution for his problem. this way you can turn negative review to positive and hence the reputation for the brand.
