After Penguin, it seems they have gone made really. It made down a lot of site. But we are also faulty as many of our back links are not up to the mark that is of bad quality and penguin took a big shot on those sites.

Looks like it relates to original conent? Is your content original or copied or very low value?

The violations of the "terms" is that your sites are NOT content based and all 3 of the sites you list have DUPLICATE CONTENT - which is common among game sites, wallpaper site and quote sites. The content from each site is on more than one site - making it DUPLICATE CONTENT.

If you were to add some new content to each of those sites such as ===>

dflashgames => rotate games around, add YOUR OWN text to each game description, along with a REAL "short review" of each game

wallpaperdesk => Add TEXT to describe wallpapers - Add Some NEW & UNIQUE wallpapers of your own ( rename all of the wallpaper files to something different than the other sites ) - Add a REAL and "short review" of each image

allquotes => Add some descriptive text - that is YOUR OWN to content areas and some other points of interest that separate your site from the other quote sites

After you do that for each, file for an Appeal with Google.....

    Good Luck!!

    Cheers!~

There should be a reason for the ban... Email them and ask!

I thought that the email they sent you states it all! Google believe that your website content is poop, probably irrelevant to the websites involved. Do as "workingsmart" has said and file an appeal. Good luck

The ban is mostly due to the breach of terms, so compliance is the only choice in this case.

Actually its not Google's fault .. it is you are at fault. You have done a kinda spamming or violate the terms of Google that is why you have been banned using absence.

there must be a good reason behind it, google very often makes mistakes but those are rare cases. Contacting the google authority would be a good idea to start with.

Google can be harsh. Don't worry, your ban may get lifted! :)
