    I have spent the last 3-4 days adding/submitting to social bookmarks, edu sites etc and wondered how long it takes for the results to show up on google ? ive been checking on alexa/google etc but it still only shows 2 backlinks.

    i don t understand i have submitted about 50 diffrent sites etc why do i only get 2 backlinks ? or does it take time.

    Sometimes it takes a few days or weeks to show up in google. Continue submitting to new ones and check back every 2 to 3 weeks for the old ones

    it depends on how good the backlink site, some backlink site such as digg will show up the result very fast, some of those low quality social bookmark may take few weeks

    When ever you submit social book marks or get any backlinks. You should ping them for fast indexing.

    For me its takes a month minimum to see results, and it can take several months for your backlinks to show up.

    It is because some of your generated links are not yet indexed so just continue what your doing do more in link building it takes time before backlinks are counted as links.

    Pinging daily will not make any difference if your content that you'e bookmarked is not unique and valuable in the eye of google bot and if you are working on highly competative niche then you need to add fresh and unique content daily while bookmarking these on not many but few of good reputatable bookmarking sites untill you findout you are being recognised.

    if we hava backlinks it takes 1 r 2 months to get results but it has more traffic.
