    hey frnd...for on page seo u cn
    frst choose your keywrd frm google adword keyword tool...
    choose those keywrd which has low compition and high global rank...
    then use the latent samentic indexing...
    using that keyword create a title...use dat keywrd in meta tags,description alt text in image..
    repeat those keywrds in ur post as much as you can...choose 3-5 keywrds in a post..
    for off page seo..and to rank your website on google first page generate the
    organic traffic via forum posting,directory submision,blog commenting,socail bookmark sharing site..
    forum posting and directory submission is most imp as it helps in incresing traffic and creating link..
    make your content fresh and unique...above all a blooger need patience and consistence in his work..
