If you have a problem with a post he makes, report that post. If you have a problem with a PM he sent, report that PM.
His country shows USA in the posts while it shows Philippines the PM. But the old posts show Philippines as well. Maybe he is using some proxy or VPN or something like that !
Well We can easily Edit location from setting but True country showing Right Place... He is a lyre .. He wanted advance payment even he has no iTrader .. and told me that you have lower iTrader how could i trust on you,,,lol
His/her English is OK, but I would have assumed that he/she is Asian (if I had not seen their True Location). (They make some minor mistakes with punctuation that I often see by Asians, e.g. China and the Philippines.) It's unfortunate they caused problems and I hope for you that they keep their word. You won't always know for sure if action was taken or not. There is no feedback and they could just receive an infraction, which doesn't mean a ban (unless they collect enough points).
