How to send out newsletter??

I have a list of over 600 emails obtained from my website. I created a simple form where members and enter their name and email to subscribe to my newsletter.. However, I do not know how I'm going to send One email to all these addresses at once.

Can someone help me? I saved the list of emails in a .txt document.

    Thanks.

You can use a simple email broadcast script to send from your own domain or you may install an auto responder script and add all the emails addresses you have collected from your site to the campaign and do a full blast from there.

The advantage of using an auto responder system will also lets you follow up with your leads at anytime you want.

If you would like to send those emails from a hosted service, you may consider MailChimp as they allowed you to send up to 12,000 emails per month and can store up to 2,000 subscribers.

The other providers such as Aweber or GetResponse you may consider too, but they do charge a fee based on your usage.

    Hope this helps.

I have been using aweber as my list management and autoresponder service for a few years now and find that it's a great product. You can make simple to fancy emails to send out to your list within minutes. Easy to learn, use and understand. It is well respected and has a high delivery rate. It goes for around $19/month.

aweber is good but expensive almost like paying webhosting monthly white hosting cpanel also has mailing list capabilities or you can install newsletter script by yourself as long as you dont send too many emails or will be categorized as the 4 letters word.

I also recommend mailchimp. It's very flexible, and as has been mentioned, it's free up to 2000 subscribers and 12,000 emails per month. Their paid plans aren't that bad either.
