    The new ranking system is different so adjusting quickly is important, it seems that the Low PR rating is often result of the think content, duplicate content or poor links.

    forum posting and directory submission is most imp as it helps in incresing traffic and creating link..

    I understand that SEO on the page utilizing META TAGS is very important, as well as having backlinks from legitimate sites, especially .due sites for backlinks. I also understand that the Panda Algorithm Google is using to crawl sites may have made ranking criteria change some. I have a new eBook I am about to launch that deals directly with Panda. Some of my sites are ranked and some are not. The ones with the best PR are as I noted above: Content, Tags, and Links are important.
