What are the best and new method to rank a keyword?

I am looking for the best method after penguin update to rank a keyword higher in search engine.
Can you share your best idea?

But what if we don't have a content to ad in our webpage. For example we just offer services to our customer. Once the service is published we aren't able to change it frequently. I did Seo of many keyword but only one showing in google result page. How the other keywords will come up?

 

All the techniques are same just we should do quality work. Don't use any spam techniques. Avoid using duplicate content and don't get paid links. Try to do one-way link submission.

Because if we submit our article or release in top website & if they approved our listing then it is very helpful for us. Google & other search engine crawl website daily basis. In other hand blog creation in top most website like blogspot, wordpress & blog etc. Add content related to our business services gives website links in keywords etc.

After Penguin, the best method is to avoid everything that Penguin dislikes. This means:

- Tons of identical anchor texts
- Tons of links from the same site, IP or blog network that Google knows about (to learn if Google penalized a particular network, see if they're still indexed)
- Tons of links from unrelated site, content farms, directories etc.

Well, perhaps it's not a total disaster if you have some of these links, but it's really bad if they are the only links you have.

I would usually use a back link tool that provides links count and allows me to organize links in various ways, so that I can easily see the proportion.
