You can use webmaster tools, that is free and user friendly.

fine.Google Analytics will serve this purpose.it is very precious tool from Google at free of cost.it gives you the traffic site analysis.by which we can know our bounce rate,it helps in analyzing which page drives more traffic and which needs the rework on it.it is very best tool in all aspects.

 

I hope that SEO quake would help it. The Google Analytics is always best in my point of view.

There are several tools by with which one can utilize to monitor and determine the amount of traffic or visitors to a website. There are several actions or parameters that can be monitored with these tools.

 

According to me google webmaster tool is best for estimating traffic for any website. You also can generate information how a website used by user.

 

If you want to try something other than the top traffic analyzers then give woopra a try.

I am using Google Analytics Tools for analysis traffic.

 

I am using Alexa ,but I heard that Semrush is a good website traffic analyzer .

 

There are many tools available in the internet some tools are

google analytics
web master
website analyser
compete(dot)com

etc

 

I would like to say that I need to estimate the traffic of 3rd party websites i.e. Websites which I don't own, it could be competitors websites also! So in that case I can't get access to my competitors Websmater tools account right! So is there any tool for carrying out this process?

I use Google Analytics and it is very precise! I think that is the best tool to check the traffic that visit your site!

If you are using wordpress as your platform, install a free plug in called slimstat and this will give you all the data about visitors you need and where they are coming from. It goes into great detail with graphs, maps IP's and on and on...

I use it for all my wordpress sites....it really is useful. Also if you need more info about free wordpress plug ins just let me know.
