    Building a website takes hours of work. After, you can get a good income and maybe even sell for a hefty price. Below is a list of the best places to list your websites for sale.

    1. Flippa - Probably the most trafficked website marketplace.

    2. Warrior Forum - The most active IM forum and definitely has many potential buyers.

    3. DigitalPoint Forum - Very !ctive marketplace sub-forum in Digital Point.

    4. WebsiteBroker - Looks like one of the best alternatives to Flippa.

    5. eBay - Everybody knows eBay. The auction site provides a dedicated section to selling websites.

    6. BuySellWebsite - An established site with listing and appraisal services.

    7. Flipping Enterprises - Website brokerage with ready buyers.

    8. WeSellYourSite - High-end website brokerage.

    9. WebMasters MarketPlace - Free-to-list website marketplace.

    10. Experienced-People.net - Sub-forum website marketplace that is relatively new.

    had positive experience with flippa. tried sedo as well, but that doesnt seem to work that well.

    Let me echo everyone's comments and say THANK YOU for this information. I felt that Flippa was the only place to sell sites and I am glad to see that there are other places as well. And by the way, would have never thought of Ebay.

    Good list. Flippa is the best for sure but sometimes for selling small sites, forums can be better than flippa.

    Flippa has now lowered their listing fee for sites with no traffic/income to $9 but raised the success fee to 15 percent. So they have greatly reduced the risk of listing your lower priced site there.

    It looks Flippa.com is the most excellent in order to sell a domain. Though, it requires just $19 to enlist your offer, I read it on another site. Using forums is a free way to enlist your demand or offer, but it is not sure that your listing will be noticed or not.
