Every buyer in Flippa wants a site which they can have ways to generate money. I don't see any money making activities on your site. Perhaps you put some affiliate link from Clickbank or Amazon Do your research before you list in on Flippa but since listing is only charge when they are sold,you might want to give it a try Thanks Izzuddin Safuan
Thank you for your input I actually have ucontent installed optimized for clickbank I didn't want to adsense because I thought it would make my site look less professional. But I will rectify that immediately
Usualy you can set your price in this way: 3-10x month revenue. Offcourse you can charge more when someone is interested in yours niche.
No one will able able to give you any indication on how much it will make,not alot of traffic,no revenue so dont build your hopes up for any high figures.
But i built high PR backlinks The website is just a few days old Should start seeing traffic in a bit
If the site does not have revenue & traffic then u wont be able to sell it for a high price. So I suggest you just sell it here over at dp (no fee required).
Flippa is kind of fickle. You really have to do your research, especially for a new site. There is a listing fee of $29.00 and a success fee if you sell. If the site does not sell you can re-list for half price. Be careful because that $29.00 adds up and with the domain name you have to break $40.00 to come out even. I agree about DP, it is free to list and then you are not having to cove the listing costs in your sales price.
