I’m a daily eater of fruits because I favor its benefits, aside from eating it, we also made a habit of making freshly squeeze fruits and vegetable mix (a mix of bitter melon, cucumber, apple, celery, bell pepper, and carrots) before going to bed. A friend of mine told me about this recipe and she also told me about the diseases it cures/heals such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, blood sugar, acne, toxins, and although I have no illness I made it a point to make it for our maintenance.

Yeah, I sometimes feel lazy too but I just feel like I can’t call it a night without drinking my blended juice. Guess it’s all in the mind but nevertheless it’s still beneficial and we’re the one who get healthier when I fight my laziness and blend and make a juice.
Yes! eating fruit is great and healthy, but they have a lot of sugar so you should eat it moderately. Better to eat fruit than sweet or salty sneaks. However, think about the environment. Try to eat fruit that are grown locally where you live. Otherwise you contribute to pollution by having them transported around the world. Also eat them at the right season otherwise you are contribution to contamination of fruit by genetic manipulation.
