    y u no do it?

    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

Is this a blatant violation of adsense policy?

Ok so I came across this site the other day while searching some pinterest related stuff:

    www.pinterestinvite.org/free-pinterest-invite/

I won't go into what pinterest is, but you basically need an invite (or wait for them to give you an invite) from a member to join. So on this page it says:

"Click on the image below to get your guaranteed Pinterst Invite and have your account activated within 24 hours"

The text is actually cloaked as an image- maybe to avoid detection, im not sure. But directly below it is a square Google image ad.

So basically this guy is encouraging users to click on google ads under the false pretense of getting a pinterest invite. And no, the ads page doesn't redirect anywhere where you can get an invite if you click on them. So I want to know- Isn't this a blatant violation of adsense policy? If it is, why hasn't this guy had his adsense account shut down yet? I did a whois check and this website has been up since February this year (also has private rego). Its got a ton of traffic, top 10 in google for a keyword ("pinterest invite") that has nearly 10,000 EXACT monthly matches. Surely enough people have reported the site?

UPDATE: It seems like this guy has been banned by Google
:D, however the jackass hasn't learned his lesson and has now signed up for Chitika ads and doing basically the same thing- encouraging users to click on the ads. I encourage everyone to report him:

You can run but you can't hide.

yes it is a blatant violation of at least two adsense rules:
    - inciting clicks on ads
    - use of copyrighted/trademark in domain name

LOL its not my site. I've already reported the guy. Lets see if Google actually does anything. Too many people have had their adsense accounts banned for much lesser things.

Sooner or later Google will review his account and if Google find violation then his account will be suspended.

Nobody can out smart Google. I know that the site must have been banned by now. Even Chitika will also ban the site if care is not taken, it is just that chitika does not easily hit anybody that violate the rule unlike Google. It is PURELY cheating

Actually, Chitika are very strict, if not even stricter than Google. If you look at the page now, the Chitika ads are gone. I reported the site and within less than 24 hours they sent me back a thankyou email saying that actions had been made against the publisher (probably banned) and the Chitika ads removed.

Bravo Chitika for their spam/scam free policy and superb customer service. :)
