Advice :- Do Manually directory submission, it is best for seo.

 

Some are good and some are bad (automated backlinks) it's far from being dead by the way. Manual submission takes forever and you just can't do this for lots of sites. That's when scripts come handy

 

You could try Dino Browser. I can't say it is a best, and still it will help you to automate some routine tasks

 

Now, after Google Penguin Update, all the automated softwares of backlink generation have been useless. It is highly recommended that stop using them.
