    Try to build as many social signals as possible and try to acquire quality links through guest posting. Check if you are not spamming meta tags. Google matches title with the url to return user with results. Make sure you have all keywords in the url and title and not more than two times in the meta description. If you have fulfilled all requirements than you have been penalized or either demoted to Google Scrapbox.
