Eclipse are offering 5 free domain names, make sure you register your 5 domain names all at the same time as you cant go back and register another domain even if you only selected one.

Just registered mine and didnt get charged a penny, didnt even need payment details if you choose payment method Invoice.

    :)

Are you able to push names out of this? The renewal fee looks pretty high that might be the catch.

Im not too sure, i was just passed this by a friend. I think you get the domains for 2 years. It mentioned something about renewal in my order statement and had 24 months in there. That might have just been because i registered some .co.uk

EDIT: Yeah it is 2 years, Special offer available to new business customers only. Domain name registration free for first two years...

Just open delete their cookie and open another account with a diff email address - maybe this will fly - depends on how stringent they are checking the names on the accounts.

thanks for the deal. Since we didnt have to enter any billing info, they will have to contact you before charging on renewal right?

And for those who want to know this is good for 2 years not one. But in their Tos this is what it says:

Yes it is a free push but if you dont want to be charged you have to wait the 2 years before doing so.

Favor, guys: can you check if the domain names are registered to you or to
Eclipse? I don't see anywhere on their TOS even giving any hint of such.

So far I have 2 of the 5 domains I have ordered. The other 3 are in the midst of being resolved in the next hour or so. Thier CP is kinda of clunky and I am trying to do a DNS change atm. I think it only takes IP, which fortunate me I have it with my DNS server names.

BTW - It appears that they only have it availble to the first 12,000 orders of domains. Their typical rate per domain is 9.95 pounds = $18.97 USD. I am looking to see how much it is for transfer fees.

Got word back concerning my domain names - either their site is messed up or the perpetually buggy (but still better than that POS IE) Mozilla Firefox has screwed me somehow.

All my DNs were registered with the co.uk extension despite the fact that I triple-checked that the .com pull-down menu was selected. CO.UK? I dunno, I guess for free I shouldn't argue but I prefer .COMs to any other TLD.

Mmmm... I didn't see this before - maybe it's a good thing they reg'ed the wrong extensions - the DNs I chose were pretty tasty and I want them as .COMs.

    Everything works out, yes?

Sure it works out. I'm glad your happy with your got. And I have to agree. But I would be a little heartbroken a wee bit. 2 of the 5 domains were LLLL.com's with PR that I found at amitpatel_3001 domain website . The other 3 I would probably not renew if I still had them at the end of the 2 years.
